(i put my game on compatibility mode with Windows7 just to be sure everything was fine, you can do this to by right clicking on Battlefront2.exe and going to parameters, then compatibility) so inside that folder i copied the TOR folder, pasted it on addon and that was it, mods working like a charm now. This is my example i downloaded the Old republic mod from ModDB, the winrar was this: Delta1035's The Old Republic Remastered.Win, once i decompressed the file i had a folder with the same name, here's where my mistake was, i copied that folder fully like a dumbass you don't have to copy that folder, inside that folder there was another folder named TOR that was the folder that should have been added to addon.

Now on the mods, i had the problem where, no matter what modes i put on my addon folder they wouldn't show up on my game and i had the 1.3 patch installed correctly. Now go to the game and check that you have the patch installed correctly check the menu in battle and new prompts like: Floating camera and others should be there (Creating the folder manually like many videos say didn't work for me, let the patch installer make that folder)
